The youth ministry at Sandy Creek desires to partner with parents in the disciple-making process of their student. We place a high priority upon the next generation, and shepherding their hearts is something we do not take lightly. Our desire is to not simply provide students with an alternative to what the world offers, but we want to provide them with something authentic.
As Psalm 16:11 says,
“You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” (ESV)
We cannot settle for what culture wants us and our children to believe, but we have to pursue the life that God has for us that is only made possible through the death and resurrection of His Son, Jesus. This is the identity of our student ministry, as we our desire is for middle and high school students all across our community to meet Jesus, and to become more like Jesus.
